  1. Exchanges for Local Orders

    • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase (invoice).

    • Exchanges are applicable only for full-priced items and are subject to stock availability.

    • Any courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  2. Sale Items

    • Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are not offered except in exceptional cases, such as out-of-stock items or verified defects. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

  4. Important Notes

    • Colors may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings; this is not grounds for exchange or return.
