Exchanges for Local Orders

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase (invoice).

Exchanges are applicable only for full-priced items and are subject to stock availability.

Any courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Sale Items

Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered except in exceptional cases, such as out-of-stock items or verified defects. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

Colors may slightly differ due to lighting or screen settings; this is not grounds for exchange or return.
